Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the audit-proof execution and posting of the entire payroll including all clients and controlling of the payroll of foreign subsidiaries
- Management and system responsibility of payroll (D365 – Swiss-Payroll) and time recording
- Consulting employees and supervisors on questions about salary, social security and time management
- Management of HR reporting, statistics and salary comparisons
- Professional responsibility for audits and monthly reconciliations with financial accounting including year-end closing tasks
- Correct account assignment and posting of invoices (social security and benefits)
Your Qualities
- You have the federal professional certificate in HR and/or social security with further training in payroll
- You have several years of experience in independent and comprehensive payroll
- You have very good MS Office skills (especially in Excel) and sound labor and social security law knowledge
- You speak fluent German and preferably English at level B2
- You also bring a good business understanding (fiduciary, financial accounting, controlling, etc.) and preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX
- Experience in time management (Plustime) as well as experience in processing international payroll is a plus
