Your tasks – shape more

Preparation of monthly lists of stock market holidays
Support in the administrative processing of fund distributions and reinvestments
Calculation of SSP/PSSP and spread factors
Ensuring investor circle control for share classes with restricted investor circles
Administration of the Pricing Committee (including minutes)
Operational support of private label fund partners and management of cooperation, asset management, and distribution contracts
Publication of various documents related to the managed investment funds
Support in other administrative tasks related to fund management

Your profile – bring more

Commercial basic training, preferably in the banking sector
Professional experience with a fund management company, fund administration, or comparable institutions
Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured way of working
High quality awareness and organizational flair
Self-motivated, resilient, and team-oriented personality with a high level of commitment
Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and good English skills
Very good skills in using MS Office, especially Excel and Word
