The Burgfelderhof Care Centre is one of five care centres of Bürgerspital Basel. The spacious modern building offers 113 residents with diverse needs a city-close, comfortable, and individual home in the midst of greenery.

In close collaboration with the management, you share responsibility with a colleague for maintaining and further developing the care and support quality in this exciting long-term care area, including a monitoring ward with 12 beds. You identify development potentials and initiate measures to improve quality. With your solid nursing science knowledge, you develop standards and introduce innovative approaches into practice. You advise and support staff in implementing existing care concepts and in challenging care situations. In complex situations, you participate directly in care and conduct assessments. You plan and lead case discussions, short training sessions, and further education. Together with six colleagues from other BSB care centres, you form a specialist group and ensure compliance not only with BSB requirements but also with cantonal regulations.

• Experienced nursing professional at tertiary level with solid knowledge in long-term care
• Ideally Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing
