Commercial Manager Biologics (m/f/d) 100%

Area of responsibility
Support and expansion of existing B2B customer relationships in molecular biology and microbiology
Acquisition of new corporate clients according to the product portfolio
Presentation and consulting on culture media, microbiological test systems, PCR-, qPCR- and NGS-based solutions, reagents, kits, laboratory automation, rapid tests and diagnostic systems
Conducting product demonstrations as well as participating in workshops, congresses and trade fairs
Preparation of offers, price negotiations and contract conclusions
Monitoring market trends, analyzing competition and identifying new business potentials
Further development and implementation of marketing activities to position the portfolio
Reporting, forecasting and documentation of sales activities
Requirements profile
Completed studies in biology, microbiology, biotechnology, life sciences or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in marketing & sales or in molecular and/or microbiology, ideally in a service laboratory
Strong communication and consulting skills as well as high customer and service orientation
Enjoy working independently in a small team
Proactive, independent and goal-oriented working style with team spirit, flexibility and stress resistance
Confident handling of MS Office as well as a high affinity for digital tools; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to travel within the sales region
