- Federal VET Diploma in mechanics, agricultural and construction machinery, industrial equipment construction, or equivalent training
- Preferably experience in heavy industry or metal assembly and construction
- French or German speaker, with knowledge of the other language
- Independent, motivated, flexible, and able to work in a team
