Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ICT projects – classical, agile, or hybrid (e.g. HERMES, Scrum, Kanban)
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to achieve goals
- Establish and lead the project organization including internal project teams and external partners and suppliers
- Responsibility for project goals, resources, scheduling, costs, risks, and stakeholder management
- Manage the entire project lifecycle – from initiation to handover to operations
- Independently create conceptual deliverables in assigned projects
- Actively shape and further develop project management
Profile
- Education in (Business) Informatics (FH or higher)
- 5 – 8 years of experience in ICT project management
- Project management certifications (e.g. HERMES, IPMA, PMI, SAFe)
- Initial practical experience with WTO tenders is an advantage
- Strong communication skills (m/f) at all levels - both internally and externally
- Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Very good German skills (C2), good English skills (B1)
