Varied activity
In this versatile and responsible role, you independently review and process applications for supplementary benefits to AHV and IV. You calculate the benefits, ensure correct payment, and regularly check ongoing claims. You clarify economic and personal circumstances, obtain missing documents, and conduct in-depth investigations if necessary.
You manage the applications from submission to payment and are competently available to insured persons and specialist offices by phone, in writing, or in person. In addition, you answer internal specialist questions, participate in tests and optimizations of the specialist systems, and take on additional tasks or special cases as needed.
