Your field of activity

• Ensuring resident-oriented work in a family environment
• Implementation of the nursing process in collaboration with the team and ensuring the quality of care in the residential group
• Application of care needs assessment with interRAI LTCF

Your experience – what you bring

• A heart for long-term care and a respectful attitude towards others are key qualities
• Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF
• Flexibility, resilience and teamwork skills characterise you
• Experience in mentoring trainees, ideally with a qualification as a vocational trainer or interest in obtaining one
• Good oral and written German skills
