Introduction

The city of Adliswil is a dynamic city with a high quality of life that has grown rapidly in recent years. With comprehensive services, the administration is there for the approximately 20,000 residents.

The Youth and Community Department offers versatile, low-threshold services for the population. As part of the department, the Adliswil Leisure Facility is a popular meeting and creative place directly on the Sihl.

These are your tasks

In this role, you offer various forms or techniques of design and art in addition to the wood workshop and ceramics studio in the form of courses and open offers. Content-wise, we are open: conceivable are, for example, crafting and workshop offers, textiles, visual design, play animation, glass fusing, culinary arts, or another creative form of expression.

You independently plan and implement courses, open offers, and projects – mainly for children, partly for adolescents and adults – and take responsibility for your offer world (content, materials, organization, and quality). In addition, you accompany and supervise visitors during ongoing operations and actively contribute to teamwork as well as planning and development processes.

In addition to the offer work, administrative tasks also arise: you are responsible for invoices and registrations, create the course program, contribute to website content, and manage the Instagram presence of the leisure facility. This significantly contributes to the visibility and attractiveness of this popular place for the Adliswil population.

What we expect from you

We wish for a creative, independent, and team-oriented personality with training and solid experience in the field of art, design, crafts, cultural mediation, or a comparable field. You enjoy working with people of different age groups, take responsibility, think along, and enjoy organization as well as digital communication tasks.
