Tasks
You lead the school and bear responsibility in all operational matters. This includes the areas of pedagogy, personnel, organization, administration, finance, and communication.
Requirements
School leadership training recognized by the Canton of Bern or willingness to complete this training alongside work. In addition to school leadership duties, teaching activity is desired; qualification as an upper secondary teacher.
