- Support the department management in conceptual, organizational, and strategic tasks
- Plan and lead projects in the road maintenance sector
- Analyze processes, drive technical developments, pilot projects, and innovations, and professionally accompany tests and trials
- Create evaluations, reports, statements, and applications, manage pending tasks, and handle inquiries
- Support needs assessment in the area of vehicles and machinery and take over technical coordination with fleet management
- Completed technical training, preferably in the main construction trade (e.g., road construction, traffic route construction)
- Further education at the level of professional examination or higher technical school (Technician HF in construction planning/construction management/infrastructure construction)
- Several years of professional experience in the construction or infrastructure sector, good knowledge in road maintenance, and preferably experience in project work or project management
- Communication skills, very good written expression, and confident IT user skills (MS Office, GIS)
- Networked thinking, structured working method, negotiation skills
