• International project management for a variety of maintenance services and contracts
• Responsibility for smooth mobilization of new maintenance contracts for locomotives
• Continuous promotion and improvement of initiatives for process definition, standardization, and further development of projects
• Development and elaboration of solutions as well as professional support of the operations area
• Responsible for coordinating interfaces within the entire Stadler organization, both between different hierarchy levels and with external maintenance partners throughout Europe
• Bringing diverse experiences into the sales process to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions together with sales

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the railway industry segment is an advantage
• Experience in leading/supporting demanding projects in an international environment
• A flexible mindset and willingness to grow with the scope of tasks and responsibilities
• Team player with a high level of social skills, sense of responsibility, and goal-oriented working style
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
