For our residential groups Yellow & Green in Stein, we are looking for a
Co-Team Leader 50% (m/f/d)
starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Your mission
- Leading two teams (WG Yellow and WG Green) as co-team leader together with another manager
- Managing teams of experienced employees as well as supporting trainees and interns
- Implementing and further developing the educational concepts
- Ensuring proper care and medical requirements as well as hygiene, safety, and data protection regulations
- Shaping the framework conditions together with the people in need of support and the team so that strengths and abilities are prioritized and can be further developed
- Contact with relatives and legal representatives
- Participation in various projects
Your profile
- Social pedagogue or similar qualification
- Several years of experience working with people in need of support
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- High motivation to lead a team and further develop the residential groups together with the team
