What you bring with you
- Training in dairy or food technology – supplemented by further education at HF/FH level (leadership or production)
- Experience in the dairy and/or food industry as well as in leading larger teams in shift operations
- Proficiency in SAP and common production and analysis tools
- You know the requirements for hygiene, safe food, occupational safety, and sustainability
- You lead clearly, communicatively, hands-on – and keep the big picture in mind
