Our outpatient service center thoroughly reviews service invoices and provides transparent information to insured persons, authorities, hospitals, and other stakeholders. Do you love working customer-oriented and creating a real plus in dialogue through clear communication?
What you can achieve
- You check the obligation to provide benefits according to KVG and VVG and carry out clarifications.
- You handle outpatient invoice control with great enthusiasm and care.
- With your pronounced language sense, you create understandable and customer-friendly correspondence.
- You enjoy providing transparent service information to insured persons, authorities, hospitals, etc.
- To enable the trusted medical coordination office to work efficiently, you carefully prepare the corresponding cases.
What distinguishes you
- a commercial or equivalent education in healthcare (e.g., paramedicine)
- experience in outpatient billing in the service area of a health insurance or a hospital
- preferably further training as a health insurance or social insurance specialist with a federal certificate
- enjoyment of direct customer contact (by phone and in writing)
- very good German skills in spoken and written form – additional languages are a plus
