Senior Footwear Designer Innovation

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Designer with an exceptional design portfolio and a robust background in the industry designing elite athlete products. In this role, you will spearhead innovation and design initiatives, collaborating closely with the broader innovation team. As an Innovation Designer, your main responsibility will be developing and executing revolutionary performance concepts and solutions that drive performance at the highest level.

Your Mission

• Be an integral part of the Innovation Design team and push the boundaries of On’s future products with an emphasis on disruptive performance solutions.
• Own your projects from design concepts through to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with our global athlete teams (OAC), sports science and external stakeholders to translate athlete data and insights into innovative high performance footwear solutions.
• Develop new concepts, mock-ups, visuals, 2D and 3D files for new projects
• Collaborate closely with our Zurich based- and our Vietnam based development team on creating functional and performance-driven product
