Die Zweifel 1898 AG is a wine trading company in the city of Zürich with a wine shop and restaurant in Höngg and the Vinothek Sante in Wiedikon. At the Höngg location, we also operate the only pressing plant in the Zurich city area. Thus, we not only have wonderful everyday wines and gems from our own production from our own vineyards in the surrounding area, but also fine international top wines. In the listed rooms of the Zweifel family’s Höngg main house, we also run a wine tavern. Our wine tavern kitchen has a rustic, hearty touch, cooked and served with much heart and creativity, without losing sight of our tradition, innovation, and sustainability. - Mise en place with a focus on cold kitchen/garde manger, with attention to detail
- Preparation and attractive plating of dishes for à la carte and banquets
- Independent management of the assigned station
- Precise preparation work so that every dish is perfectly prepared
- You keep an overview in the careful management of the storage
- Consistent adherence to our high quality standards because we serve no compromises
- Daily and periodic cleaning tasks in the kitchen because hygiene is a matter of course for you
- Support with dishwashing tasks as well as ensuring order and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Care and cleaning of kitchen laundry so that everything is fresh and ready for use
- Assistance with proper disposal – sustainable and responsible
- Support with tidying and cleaning tasks in the dining area according to HACCP guidelines to ensure a flawless ambiance

- Completed cook apprenticeship (preferably EFZ) or many years of professional experience as a solid basis for quality and enjoyment
