For our Human Resources department at our headquarters in Baar-Inwil, we are looking for a personality from May 1, 2026, or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Creating and administratively processing all employment contracts
- Systematic recording of the personnel's training certificates
- Absence controlling as well as administrative processing of medical certificates
- Responsible for maintaining personnel files in the ERP system
- Organizing benefits (e.g., for birthdays, service anniversaries, etc.)
- Planning and conducting the monthly entry day as well as the annual jubilee celebration
Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Further training as an HR clerk is an advantage
- Service-oriented personality with joy in dealing with people
- Very good PC user skills (MS Office)
- Differentiated oral and written expression in German
