The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 hotels and resorts ranging from simple group accommodations to upscale four-star superior.

To support the team at Hotel Strela, we are looking for a person from mid-November 2025 or by arrangement for a permanent position as:

The renovated three-star Hotel Strela is easily accessible by car and train and is a good starting point for various sports opportunities. From the extensive breakfast buffet to an in-house wellness area to a small children's play corner, the hotel offers many amenities for holiday guests with different demands. Your tasks

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• On-site guest care and information about the Davos Klosters Mountains offer
• Handling reservations with the hotel software Protel
• Ensuring smooth processes and coordination with housekeeping
• Guest correspondence via emails and phone calls
• Issuing ski passes for the Davos Klosters Mountains

Your profile

• Education: You have a commercial or equivalent education and experience in the front office area
• Working style: You have a quick grasp, enjoy working independently, are reliable and stress-resistant. In addition, you enjoy dealing with guests and have a friendly and competent demeanor
• Team player: You enjoy working in a team and are helpful
• Language: You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
• Advantageous: Protel knowledge or similar hotel systems and any additional language
