Your field of activity:
- Organizational and personnel management of a team of around twelve Avaloq specialists and application developers; professional and strategic development of the team.
- Responsibility for a secure, stable, and efficient core banking application operation with a focus on Avaloq, including release planning, incident and change management.
- Professional development of the Avaloq stack: parameterization, solution design, business-oriented development, and ensuring operational quality.
- Planning, coordination, and occasional leadership or support of application and integration projects throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Ensuring a professional integration and release pipeline for Avaloq and selected internal solutions; further development and establishment of quality, governance, and security standards.
- Promotion of modern working methods, continuous improvements, and innovations in the application and Avaloq environment.
- Participation in early detection and assessment of technological trends in core banking, integration, and Avaloq topics with derivation of concrete recommendations for action.
- Active (deputy) participation in internal and external committees as well as ensuring targeted knowledge transfer into operational business and the bank organization.
This is how you convince us:
Education/Experience
- Higher technical or business education (FH/Uni/HF) in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent long-term experience in the Avaloq or core banking environment; advanced Avaloq certifications are an advantage.
- Proven leadership experience at the team level in the Avaloq, core banking, or application environment; ability to develop and manage a senior team in a results-oriented manner.
- Several years of experience with Avaloq in operation, customizing, and parameterization.
- Basic understanding of banking processes, data models, interfaces, integration architectures, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, very good German and good English skills.
