Head of Communication and Marketing HKB (70-80%)

About the job

• Together with your team, which also includes the graphic studio, further develop and effectively implement the communication and marketing strategy of the HKB
• The appearance of the HKB should be clear and distinctive both internally and externally – in print media, on the website, and on social media channels
• Develop and manage campaigns that make our artistic and scientific expertise visible regionally, nationally, and internationally
• Advise management, teaching, research, and continuing education on internal and external communication issues and actively accompany and shape change processes
• Maintain and strategically expand relationships with media, cultural institutions, and other important partners of the HKB

• Leadership skills and strategic thinking with pronounced media and networking abilities as well as experience in managing change processes
• Enthusiasm for art, culture, and education – and the ability to convincingly communicate this both internally and externally
• Familiarity with digital channels and social media as well as a sense for preparing and placing content appropriately for target groups
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing as well as proficiency in written and oral communication in English and French
• A completed degree in communication and/or marketing as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role, ideally in the higher education or cultural sector
