Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for several client mandates at 7 locations in the Graubünden area including profit & loss, budget responsibility as well as KPI management
- Full leadership responsibility and talent development of directly subordinate employees and their teams (approx. 150 employees)
- Ensuring all contractually agreed services (SLA, pricing, quality)
- Organization, coordination and monitoring of operational processes including hygiene and occupational safety
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, development and promotion of
- customer relationships as well as advising customers on technical questions regarding facility services
- Ensuring resource availability (personnel, materials, equipment, machines) for service delivery
- Conducting customer meetings, audits and training as well as implementing customer-specific projects
- Identification and realization of up-/cross-selling potentials
- Management of implementations and demobilizations
- Use of modern tools (e.g. PowerBI, Soobr, CleanOnn, Abacus, MS365) to optimize processes and quality
- Active participation in regional development with a focus on sales and market expansion
Your profile
- Completed basic training in cleaning/FaS/FM/housekeeping or hospitality
- Further training at the level of professional examination in facility management and/or leadership or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar field, preferably in healthcare and/or hospitality
- Proven leadership experience of large teams and hands-on mentality
- Personable, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organization and coordination
- Service-oriented and independent working style with the necessary overall view
- Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Digitally savvy and confident in handling modern IT systems
- Willingness to travel
