Assigned Officer

Office for Public School and Sports | 80-100% | Chur

The Office for Public School and Sports is looking for an assigned officer starting June 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Tasks

Independent processing of administrative and organizational tasks
Formal and content control as well as editorial and linguistic revision of office and departmental decisions and proposals to the government
Collaboration in telephone and postal service on a rotating basis
General office and administrative work

What we expect from you

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
Excellent oral and written expression skills in German; knowledge of another cantonal language is an advantage
Precise, structured, and reliable working method
High accuracy, discretion, and sense of responsibility
Experience within public administration is a preferred qualification
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CMI is an advantage
