As part of the DACHCOM corporate group within the D/A/CH region, DACHCOM.DIGITAL specializes in the development of web-based information and communication solutions and applications for our customers.

We are looking for a committed personality in the area of sales and customer development who activates the sales process with enthusiasm and initiative – from lead generation to key account management. Taking responsibility means for you leading and coordinating your projects from planning to go-live and being available to your customers. You will have a large scope for design and the chance to actively contribute to our success in a motivated team.

YOUR TASKS

• Build pipeline: You feel comfortable actively approaching potential new customers and convince through perseverance, empathy, and communication skills. You communicate confidently across various channels and build trusting relationships.
• Address target persons: You identify decision-makers and relevant stakeholders – mostly at C-level – and develop a strong interest and understanding of the company, its challenges, and priorities.
• Conduct presentations: You perform at your best and love presenting solution approaches, services, and cases. You understand that careful individual preparation for presentation appointments is crucial for success.
• Recognize requirements and moderate workshops: You ask targeted questions to identify and understand the real customer needs. You plan workshops with the customer and moderate them.
• Build solution approach: You develop a convincing approach concept with solution components identified from analyses and workshops. The internal specialist departments (UX, development, automation, PL, etc.) support you in this.
• Customer and project support: You advise and accompany renowned national and international clients during the evaluation phase, conception, and realization of web solutions with a strong user focus. You manage the entire project cycle from cost quotation and planning to project completion with successful go-live.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven know-how and the necessary technical understanding of web platforms (FE & BE), CMS, eCommerce, and
• web app solutions and have gained initial experience with AI models
• Affinity in the area of user experience and design aspects
• Strong communication skills and customer handling; fluent German and very good English skills
• Confidence in project management, budgeting, and controlling
• Structured and solution-oriented working style and entrepreneurial thinking
• You create a climate of trust; your counterpart senses your identification with the agency.
