Your future area of responsibility
- You independently manage your kitchen station – for example as Gardemanger, Entremetier, or Saucier – and ensure quality and smooth daily operations with a structured working style.
- You carefully prepare dishes with fresh ingredients, rely on creative cooking techniques, and work with precision and attention to detail.
- You consistently pay attention to taste, presentation, and adherence to all recipes and quality standards.
- As a team player, you work closely with colleagues at other stations and support the Chef de Partie in operational implementation.
- You take responsibility for orders and inventory checks and actively contribute to optimizing workflows.
- You work according to current HACCP guidelines and ensure a clean, hygienic workplace.
Your profile
- Completed training in the kitchen and one to two years of professional experience
- Passion for cooking, high product knowledge, and creativity
- Structured working method, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Good German skills – English is an advantage
