11-month fixed-term contract at 100%

Your mission:

• provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their family, respecting the current care philosophy
• promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the institution
• evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming for continuous improvement of your interventions
• participate in the development of the service
• supervise trainees and new staff

Your profile:

• bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent training
• 2 years of experience in acute care, an asset
• experience in surgery, an asset
• proficiency in French or German, with good knowledge of the partner language
• particular interest in multidisciplinary work
• ability to work independently and in a team
• organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• computer skills
• flexibility, commitment, and ability to accept changes
