About the job

In this exciting and responsible position, you will accompany and support our 60 apprentices and interns in the fields of electrical installations, automation, and building automation. You actively contribute to practical and high-quality training of future specialists and ensure optimal preparation for their professional future.

Your tasks:

• Professional and methodological training of the 60 apprentices in the mentioned professions
• Planning, execution, and supervision of practical training
• Support of apprentices in school and inter-company training
• Ensuring high-quality and practice-oriented vocational training
• Responsible for recruiting apprentices
• Participation in the further development of our training and continuing education concept
• Close cooperation with schools, authorities, and internal specialist departments
• Organization and execution of qualification procedures
• Promotion of the individual development of apprentices and their preparation for professional future

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ
• Higher qualification, e.g. technician HF, federally certified electrical installer HFP, technical businessperson
• Trainer qualification or willingness to obtain it
• Several years of professional experience in the technical field or in a comparable function
• Enjoy working with young people and pedagogical skills
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and high social competence
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Sense of responsibility and commitment to training and continuing education
