We are a successful and independent engineering and planning company headquartered in Bern, active in structural engineering, environmental sector, and project management.

To strengthen our company with around 70 employees, we are looking for a

Civil Engineer ETH / FH (60-100%) Structural Engineering

for our team in Bern immediately or by arrangement

Your area of responsibility

• Work as a project manager in structural engineering in its full range – from single-family houses to demanding high-rise buildings, but also the planning of bridges or the preservation of structures
• Dealing with clients and external project partners within the scope of our specialist planning mandates
• Handling projects through all SIA phases from feasibility, planning, tendering to deployment on the construction site in technical construction management
• Support and expert supervision of project staff
• Participation in department coordination within the scope of your project responsibility

Your profile

• Completed studies as a civil engineer ETH / FH, master’s degree is an advantage
• Ideally, you have about 3-7 years of project experience in the planning and maintenance of structures and are ready to take on your own project responsibility
• Solid expertise in structural engineering
• Flair and interest in statics and structural planning with an independent working style
• Committed and team-oriented personality towards other employees and clients
• You have negotiation-level German skills in spoken and written form and know the Swiss standards. French skills are an advantage
