Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing for Top Company

Activities

Dismantling hydraulic components (mainly hydraulic cylinders) and identifying their defective individual parts
The defective individual parts are manufactured according to your own sketches and considerations
For manufacturing, conventional and CNC lathes as well as a conventional milling machine are available to you.
You identify seals to be replaced on hydraulic components and order or manufacture them independently
You assemble dismantled hydraulic components and test their functionality on existing test devices
You master manufacturing and mechanical challenges with your creativity.

Requirements

Completed vocational training as a polymechanic
Versatile CNC experience (milling or turning)
Ability to work in a team and resilience
Good spatial imagination for mechanical processes
Independent and precise way of working
Teamwork skills and punctuality
