Independent, comprehensive care and support of the residents with daily responsibility
You help shape the daily routine and implement individual, resource-oriented goals
Ensure qualitative standards in basic care and have a say in professional matters
Support in training activities and interdisciplinary collaboration

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
Enjoy working in a team and caring for people with disabilities
Empathetic personality with high professional, social and methodological competence
Flexible, responsible, patient and resilient personality with good observation skills

The Scalottas Foundation in Scharans is located in the sunny Domleschg, 25 km from Chur. The beautifully situated competence center with a view of the Heinzenberg and Piz Beverin offers 12 children and 73 adults with disabilities care and support tailored to their needs, schooling, employment, therapy, and living spaces. Around 200 employees in 28 professions are committed to our motto "for more quality of life".
