Due to our growth, we are looking to strengthen our team immediately with a:

Head of Vehicle Preparation 100% (m/f/d)

• You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a six-member team in vehicle preparation and ensure that all team members work efficiently and with quality awareness.
• You plan and coordinate the cleaning of delivered vehicles as well as the preparation of vehicles for delivery to our customers.
• You organize and carry out vehicle photography together with your team in our in-house photo studio and ensure a professional presentation of the vehicles.
• You ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained in all work steps and continuously monitor the results.
• You are responsible for ordering, storing, and availability of all cleaning agents, aids, and equipment so that your team is always optimally equipped.
• You work closely with the Head of Mechanics and the Head of the Used Car Center to coordinate processes and efficiently design interfaces.
• You analyze existing processes, continuously develop them further, and implement optimizations specifically to increase efficiency and quality.
• You actively participate and take on practical tasks in vehicle preparation when the situation requires it to strongly support your team.

• You have completed training in the automotive sector or have comparable professional experience that qualifies you for this position.
• You have experience in vehicle preparation or a related area and know the requirements and processes of this activity exactly.
• You bring leadership experience with small teams and convince through a combination of assertiveness, responsibility, and empathy in dealing with your employees.
• You are characterized by a pronounced quality awareness as well as a structured and careful way of working.
• You have a high organizational talent and enjoy managing your tasks independently and efficiently.
• You are motivated to actively shape, further develop, and implement improvements in existing processes on your own initiative.
• You are willing, besides your leadership responsibility, to actively pitch in yourself when the situation requires it.
