Your Profile
- University degree in music education
- Experience in adult education, university teaching experience is an advantage
- Experience in artistic as well as music pedagogical program planning and project management including third-party funding acquisition is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking, enthusiasm for innovation and organizational talent
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- In-depth knowledge of music mediation and community music as well as experience in musical education of young children
