Since 1949, Boulangerie Michellod SA has been the artisanal reference in bakery, pastry, confectionery, and catering in Lower Valais (Entremont, Martigny, Monthey).
With 130 employees, we perpetuate our artisanal know-how every day, favoring Valais and Swiss raw materials, and combining tradition and innovation to satisfy a loyal clientele.
We are continuing our development and are looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Employee to strengthen our catering service.
Your mission
- Carefully and creatively prepare our catering products: salads, sandwiches, canapés, quiches, appetizers, etc.
- Contribute to the realization of services for our sales points and for events (weddings, birthdays, parties, receptions…).
- Strictly respect hygiene and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the quality and consistency of production.
Hours: night work from 1 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Your profile
- CFC/AFP as kitchen employee or equivalent training
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Speed, precision, and care in task execution
- Team spirit and reliability
- Organizational skills and respect for procedures
