Tasks
- Maintenance of building infrastructure as well as technical systems, equipment, and furniture
- Troubleshooting in building services (heating, ventilation, sanitary, and electrical)
- Performing various support and repair tasks at the 13 locations
- Close collaboration with internal and external service providers
- Taking on on-call and winter services including weekends and holidays
- Assisting with internal moves, gardening, and outdoor cleaning
Profile
- Completed training as a specialist in facility maintenance EFZ or equivalent technical, manual training (e.g., caretaker, electrician, sanitary, painter) with proven professional experience
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style
- Teamwork skills, quick comprehension, high flexibility, motivation, enjoyment of diverse tasks, and a positive attitude
- Good oral and written German and PC user skills, experience with CAFM / ticket system (waveware) is an advantage
- Driver's license category B and forklift certification is an advantage
