Nurse / Nurse WG A & WG B
The socio-pedagogical-psychiatric model ward SOMOSA offers an inpatient 6- to 12-month intensive treatment program for 14- to 18-year-old clients who are in a severe adolescent crisis. The goal of the treatment is to stabilize the clients' personalities to the extent that they can cope with the existing supportive or replacement socialization systems upon discharge.
As a recognized listed hospital in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and as a youth home with a socio-pedagogical mandate, we fulfill both requirements through long-standing, intersystem collaboration in the fields of social pedagogy, nursing, psychotherapy, and work therapy.
Since early 2026, we have more places available for male adolescents.
As part of this expansion, we are looking for nurses for Residential Group A and Residential Group B
HF, DN II or FH nurses
70% to 90%, from 01.02.2026 or by arrangement
To implement the SOMOSA-specific therapeutic-pedagogical concept, you will work together with colleagues from social-pedagogical, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, and work therapy areas.

Your area of responsibility
- Primary caregiver work over a longer period
- Co-development and implementation of individual treatment plans within the framework of primary caregiver work
- Training of everyday, self, and social skills in group and individual settings
- Design of leisure time and weekly organization
- Participation in projects and working groups, preparation of documentation and reporting
- Responsibility for the medication department (as nursing professionals)
You bring with you
- Diploma nurse HF, DN II or FH or equivalent recognized foreign qualifications
- Willingness and openness to actively shape the team development process
- Willingness for irregular working hours and on-call sleeping
- Experience in teamwork desirable
- Driver's license category B desirable
