The Service Point FM is the first point of contact for our employees – here concerns are received, questions answered, and solutions provided to ensure a smooth operation in everyday hospital life.
Here you engage
- Responsible for internal and external customer concerns in the Service Point area.
- Management of the access system (assigning access profiles, issuing badges, data maintenance)
- Mobility concept (assignment of parking profiles and fines management)
- Management of the cloakrooms
- Implementation of signage in daily operations (e.g., door labels)
- Coordination and management of meeting rooms for internal and external customers
- Organization and management of media administration as well as the administrative archive
Additional tasks:
- Support of the reception/telephone center team as needed
- Representation of the Head of Personnel House during their absence
You
- Completed basic training in the commercial field or in facility management
- Professional experience and/or further training preferably in healthcare
- High social competence with pronounced service and customer orientation, assertiveness, and enjoyment in dealing with different people
- Willingness to work at different times (half-day and full-day shifts)
- Experience in the use and support of relevant operational applications such as Kaba Exos, Navision, PEP, Maximo
- Independent and precise working style as well as the ability to keep a cool head in hectic situations
- Networked thinking and technical affinity
- Strong communication personality
- Professional appearance and confident German language skills in spoken and written form
