Your tasks
- Person-centered counseling of clients (m/f/d), motivation and reflection in individual settings
- Support of clients (m/f/d) in everyday practical matters, e.g. assistance in building an individual daily and weekly structure, creation of weekly plans
- Support in building and maintaining social skills and contacts, e.g. preparation of meetings with relatives, promotion of interests
- Support in maintaining and promoting health, e.g. support in crisis management, assistance during doctor visits
- Participation in community life, e.g. leisure activities
- Creation of individual help plans and development reports
Your profile
- You have a completed degree in social work, social pedagogy, or psychology (bachelor's or master's), or comparable qualifications
- You have a class B driving license
- You have an independent, structured, and organized way of working
- You demonstrate creativity, empathy, and commitment
