Modern industrial companies increasingly develop their products on integrated platforms, connected data structures, and cloud-based system landscapes. This transformation requires not only technology but also powerful delivery organizations that successfully implement complex programs.
As Head of Professional Services (m/f/d), you lead a delivery team and ensure that complex platform implementations and transformation programs are executed at our strategic customers in a scalable, economical way with real business impact.
You work closely with sales, system integrators, hyperscalers, and global delivery organizations and actively shape the expansion of our professional services business.
Your Mission
Professional Services Leadership
- You lead and develop multiple delivery and consulting teams (e.g., program delivery, solution consulting, implementation)
- You develop a scalable services organization for growing platform business
- You establish clear governance, delivery, and quality standards
- You promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and result orientation
- You develop leaders and talents within the organization
Delivery Excellence & Transformation Programs
You ensure that complex technology and transformation programs are successfully implemented at our strategic customers - including in particular:
- Introduction and scaling of enterprise and PLM platforms
- Transformation of engineering and product development processes
- Migration of existing system landscapes
- Integration with ERP, cloud, and engineering systems
- Building digital thread and digital twin architectures
You ensure that programs:
- are managed in a structured and scalable way
- risks and dependencies are identified early
- projects are delivered on time, quality, and budget
- achieve measurable business impact for our customers
Strategic Customer Leadership
You work closely with strategic industrial customers and internal stakeholders – in doing so:
- you act as an executive partner for complex transformation programs
- you manage communication and escalations at senior and C-level
- you support strategic account and transformation initiatives
- you develop long-term partnerships with our key accounts
Business Performance & Services Growth
- Management of revenue, utilization, margin, and forecast
- Building transparent services KPIs and reporting structures
- Further development of our service portfolio
- Close collaboration with sales to support strategic deals
- Scaling our delivery capacities and partner landscape
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced leader with a background in enterprise software, technology consulting, or digital transformation programs.
Ideally, you bring:
- several years of experience leading larger professional services or delivery organizations
- responsibility for complex technology or platform implementations
- experience with enterprise transformation programs
- responsibility for P&L, services KPIs, budget, and forecast
- experience collaborating with sales and strategic customers
Technological Understanding
You have a good understanding of modern enterprise system landscapes, e.g. e.g.:
- PLM / engineering platforms
- Cloud platforms
- Data and integration architectures
- Complex IT and system landscapes in large organizations
Experience with Siemens Teamcenter / Xcelerator is an advantage but not a requirement.
