Your mission:
For one of our clients, a company active in the field of precision mechanics, we are looking for an experienced Grinder to strengthen their team.
Your responsibilities
- Perform cylindrical and/or surface grinding operations on precision mechanical parts-
- Make adjustments and operate grinding machines
- Work notably on Fritz Studer type equipment
- Prepare and mount parts respecting technical requirements
- Perform dimensional checks and ensure the conformity of produced parts
- Read and interpret plans as well as technical data necessary for manufacturing
- Monitor production and make necessary corrections
- Ensure compliance with quality and precision requirements
- Participate in routine maintenance of equipment and work environment
Your profile:
Your profile
- You have proven experience in cylindrical and/or surface grinding
- You ideally come from the field of precision mechanics or clamp manufacturing
- Experience with Fritz Studer machines is a real asset
- You master reading plans and using dimensional control tools
- You are recognised for your precision, autonomy and rigour
- You are comfortable with work requiring tight tolerances and a high level of quality
- Profiles exclusively from the cutting tools field do not correspond to the sought environment
