Completed basic training with a federal certificate of competence, specialized middle school diploma, or high school diploma
High communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Quick comprehension and networking ability, sense of responsibility, and decisiveness
Strong physical and mental resilience
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Understanding of technology and manual dexterity
