Introduction
The Adliswil school educates around 2,000 children in kindergarten, primary, and secondary levels. Approximately 500 employees are committed to this responsible task across 7 schools and various specialized services. Currently, 50% of all school children attend care services.
At the Zopf school, 188 primary school students and 71 kindergarten children from 18 nations attend. 30 teachers and a school social worker teach and care for the children in two-year multi-grade classes. Depending on the weekday, between 50 and 120 children attend the Zopf care program.
For our Zopf location, we are looking for a
Group Leader Care
The children in fifth and sixth grade who participate in the lunch table especially look forward to you. Your working hours are Monday to Friday in the office and lunch table for the older children (09:30 - 14:00). On Thursday and Friday afternoons, additionally with the younger and older children (14:00 - 18:00).
You work 29.5 hours per week and have the entire school holidays – 13 weeks per year – off. The employment corresponds to 58.35%. Optionally, you can increase your workload weekly with holiday care.
You bring with you
You have training as a care specialist or as a social pedagogue and already have experience in school-based care or child care. You enjoy respectful interaction with children, different cultures, and people. Resilience and patience characterize you, and teamwork as well as willingness to collaborate are natural for you. In addition, you have a strong interest in active exchange with children, parents, your team, and the school.
