Your tasks

Independent instruction of objection, appeal, and complaint procedures
Drafting reasoned decisions in the field of planning, construction, and environmental law
Representation of the department before the cantonal administrative court and the federal court in complaint procedures
Review of municipal plans and regulations
Participation in legislative tasks
Advising offices and authorities

Your profile

Completed law degree (lic. iur. or MLaw)
Good knowledge of administrative law and especially planning, construction, and environmental law
Very good verbal expression and editorial skills
Interest in state-political contexts
Independence and decisiveness
Structured and goal-oriented working style

Challenging and varied activity in a dynamic legal field with a lot of personal responsibility
