What appeals to you

Setting up, operating, and monitoring the Hermle machining center including robot system in 2-shift operation
Starting up series orders
Process monitoring according to standard inspection plan with support from the 3D measuring robot Sirio
Monitoring tool service life and partly setting up tools
Ensuring process-secure production and avoiding machine downtimes; partly also with short weekend shifts

What defines you

Basic mechanical training, preferably trained polymechanic EF
Several years of experience in setting up and operating 5-axis milling machines
Control knowledge on Heidenhain TNC 640
Experience with Hermle C42 machines
Experience with systems with automation solutions, preferably with robot systems
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
