Department Head for the New IT Job Integration Department, 80-100%

We offer you
- Strategic and operational management of the newly created department
- Personnel and professional leadership of the department with 5 specialists
- Operational management of the department with up to 20 apprentices and 10 participants
- Definition and further development of the training model (project work, teaching formats)
- Revenue responsibility for your own department
- 40-hour week, including 2 paid breaks per day
- 5 – 6 weeks of vacation and paid bridge days
- 70% of pension fund benefits covered by ESPAS

What you bring
- Solid expertise and/or training in at least one of the following areas:
- Application development (current technology stack, modern software development practices)
- Platform or system technology (e.g., network and system administration, cloud basics)
- Project management experience in software development or infrastructure (agile / classic)
- Understanding of training processes in IT (ÜK, QV, competency grids)
- Proven leadership experience with active leadership role modeling
- Situational leadership style with good and constructive communication skills
- Experience in acquisition, preferably from referring agencies
