• You take responsibility for the entire sales and calculation process in the field of photovoltaics and battery storage in the Northwest Switzerland region.
• You lead and develop the regional sales team through coaching, target agreements, and performance evaluations.
• You ensure high offer quality and a professional project handover to execution.
• You calculate tenders and larger bids including price models, material coordination, and query management.
• You build a strong regional partner network and maintain relationships with roofers, electrical companies, architects, planning offices, and local energy suppliers.
• You develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and margin targets.

• You bring experience in technical sales or project business, ideally in photovoltaics or building technology.
• You have knowledge in the calculation of tenders and bids.
• You convince with pronounced leadership strength and high motivation skills.
• You appear confident in customer discussions and negotiations.
• You work in a structured manner and have very good knowledge of CRM systems.
• You are communicative and enjoy building and maintaining a professional network.
