Are you happy to take responsibility and want to actively shape emergency nursing? We are looking for a competent and strong leader to start immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Professional, organizational and personnel management of 14 employees in the emergency department
- Responsibility for the staffing plan and compliance with the department budget
- Resource-oriented planning and coordination of processes and interfaces
- Caring for, accompanying and professionally treating emergency patients and their relatives
- Coordination of the patient process in collaboration with all professionals involved in treatment and care
- Monitoring and caring for emergency patients with endangered or impaired vital functions
- Triage of emergency patients according to urgency levels of the ESI triage system
- Member of the management team in the Department of Nursing & MTTD
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Expert in Emergency Nursing NDS HF
- You have already gained experience in a comparable position and have completed leadership training or are willing to complete one
- High empathy in dealing with employees, patients and their relatives as well as a strong customer orientation are a matter of course for you
- You are characterized by high motivation, resilience, reliable responsiveness and strong assertiveness
- You communicate orally and in writing in fluent German
