The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our houses. Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You care for our residents with heart, mind, and a touch of humor in their home
- You ensure care that reaches and builds trust with your know-how
- You contribute your ideas to the team and actively shape the workplace
- You regularly take on daily responsibility and support your colleagues
- You promote and support interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external specialist agencies
- Work in early and late shifts until 9:15 p.m.
Our requirements:
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or equivalent training with a diploma recognized in Switzerland
- Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment in working with and caring for elderly people
- Experience in the application of RAI LTCF
- Team player and sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of IT systems
- Good oral and written German skills
