Responsibilities

Main care of the Bistro outdoor buffet during the season months (offer: drinks, grilled food, and fries) every THU; FRI + SAT
Work on THU and FRI from 10:30 to about 15:00 and on SAT from 10:00 to about 16:00
Service and advice to our customers
Accounting of daily earnings
Goods disposition and presentation
Compliance with hygiene regulations as well as general cleaning and tidying tasks
Assistance in other departments
