HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
- Professional leadership of around 15 logistics employees, including their deployment planning as well as training and development
- Responsible for goods receipt inspections, order picking, and the organization of various logistics tasks
- Ensuring an optimal flow of goods internally and externally (processing of goods receipts and distributors according to prioritization by the Merchandising and Retail department)
- Active participation in daily operational business, loading and unloading of goods deliveries, as well as procurement of consumables
- Responsibility for inventory at the central warehouse
- Further development of the warehouse management system
THIS DEFINES YOU
- You have completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ and already have several years of experience as a team leader
- You have experience with warehouse management systems, possess good technical understanding, and are proficient with PC applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have strong analytical and organizational skills
- Working independently and in a structured manner as well as initiative and a hands-on mentality are natural for you
- You are resilient, have strong assertiveness, and are ready for physically demanding tasks
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
