The Frohmatt Senior Center is a modern facility offering various living arrangements optimally tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people in need of care, people with dementia, and assist people in assisted living. Our operation also includes senior apartments with services within the house. The Stollenweid house is the fourth house and also belongs to Frohmatt. Here live our residents who enjoy rural living.
We are pleased to offer young people and career changers an entry into professional life as a training company. As a training location, we promote professional junior staff and continuously offer training positions.
To complement our team, we are looking for a position starting July 1 or by arrangement
Trainer in Nursing, Health Specialist EFZ or Registered Nurse HF
Your Tasks
- Support, promotion, and empowerment of our trainees in their competencies
- Planning learning steps to achieve learning goals and their review
- Conducting learning documentation, training discussions, and qualifications
- Taking over the assessment and documentation of selection internships of FaGe/AGS applicants
- Active participation in nursing, including support with daily activities and ensuring high-quality care
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ or Diploma Nurse HF
- Additional training as a trainer or willingness to complete this training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in nursing (long-term care preferred) and 2 years as a trainer
- Efficient, independent, and speedy working style
- Communicative skills and good social competence
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent oral and written German skills
- Good knowledge of all PC programs used in nursing (e.g., easyDOK, RAI-NH)
